I am very grateful to fellow blogger Derrick Knight for reading I Belong to No One and talking about it in his recent post. Doesn’t the cover draw the eye on this post! Any idea where I could find it in South Africa as will be here for a year or so – I think 🙂 – after returning from the long safari? Are you still “reluctant” in retirement or have you fully embraced it? With your book, etc. seems you are quite fulfilled and happy!

As for being a Reluctant Retiree? No longer! New doors are opening for me all the time, and I am chafing at the bit to get started on another book. Just turned sixty and entering my “second adulthood”.

Sure is. And particularly since his retirement he doesn’t seek to read things related to his former worklife. I get that! So I am doubly pleased he not only read it, but understood the times in which it was set.
